How does it work?

Exchanging your item is quick and easy! Simply follow these steps to request a free exchange for a different size or color.

Log in to our Return Portal. You can find the link at the bottom of our website under "Returportalen" or click [here].

Step 2

Select the order(s) containing the item(s) you wish to exchange.

Step 3

Choose the relevant item and click "Exchange". You also need note why you wish to return the item.


Step 4

You will now see the available sizes and colors for exchange. If a size or color is out of stock, it will not appear on the list.


Step 5

Once you have selected all the items you wish to exchange, click "Proceed to Confirmation" at the bottom of the page.


Step 6

Review and confirm your exchange request.

FAQ

No. We offer free return shipping and free delivery on exchanges. Your new item will always be sent with standard shipping.

• You can return items that are either too big, too small, if the items do not fit or not the expected color.

• You can exchange your item for a different size or colour of the same product (not the same size or color).

• The item you wish to exchange for must be in stock at the time of the exchange.

• You cannot exchange an item if it is being returned due to being faulty.

• Once you confirm your exchange, we reserve the new item for you.

• You need to send back your return package within 7 days. If no scan is registered on the return label within this period, your reservation will be canceled.

• If the new item is cheaper at the time of exchange, you will be refunded the difference.

• If the price has increased, you won’t need to pay extra—the exchange remains free of charge.

• Any refund will always be issued to the same payment method used for your original purchase.

• When you exchange an item, a new order is created.

It will be the previous order number with an added EX01 or EX02 depending on how many times you use the exchange order for the given order. The standard order process applies to this new order.
