How does Klarna work?

Klarna is an invoice payment method. When you use Klarna as your payment method, you'll receive the invoice directly from Klarna. Once the order leaves our warehouse, the invoice is activated with Klarna. From that point on, payment is usually due within 30 days.

Where can I find my invoice?

Sign in here or via the Klarna app to view and manage all invoices. You can, for example, pay with a single click or extend the payment deadline.

I've returned my entire order - what happens to the invoice now?

If you want to return your entire order, please contact Klarna before the payment deadline to postpone the order. Once the return is processed in our warehouse, Klarna will issue a new invoice with the outstanding amount. If you've already paid your invoice in full, you'll be refunded the amount.

I've returned parts of my order - what happens to the invoice?

If you want to return parts of your order, please contact Klarna before the invoice payment deadline to pause the order. Once the return is processed in our warehouse, Klarna will issue a new invoice for the remaining amount. If you've already paid your invoice in full, you'll be refunded for the returned items.

Why did I receive a reminder after returning my order?

This is likely because the payment deadline has passed and Klarna wasn't informed about your return. Please inform Klarna as soon as you make a return. If it's not registered, you'll receive a reminder after the 30 days when payment is normally due.

How do I contact Klarna?

You can contact Klarna by calling, sending an email, or logging into your Klarna account.
